A few words about the project
RMs Manager is an EIT RawMaterials funded project established to share good practices in current education activities and develop new Raw Materials Manager course for students, in order to prepare professional personnel in the field of Management in Raw Materials sector (RMs sector). The project started in January 2020 and will last till the end of October 2022. A wide range of activities – lectures, workshops, idea camps will be transferred from innovation providers to RIS countries and will give students the possibility of expanding knowledge in order to find the right job for their special talents in the RMs sector.
This innovative course grounds on mining, processing and recovery industries future and present needs and requirements for strategic, technology, operational and social managers qualification. It will ensure in-depth knowledge and understanding of corporate social responsibility, sustainable development and management, responsible mining (efficient use of natural resources, increase resource-use efficiency), global RMs distribution principles and processes, as well as greater adoption of clean and environmentally friendly technologies and industrial processes in the era of transformation to circular economy model in Europe.
